Our residential tenancy agreement is clear, written in plain English and is up
to date with English law. Most importantly our residential tenancy agreement has been written by an experienced solicitor who has also provided explanatory notes making it simple for you to complete.
The residential tenancy agreement will form a contract between landlord and tenant and sets out the rights and responsibilities of landlord and tenant. Two copies of the tenancy agreement should
be issued and signed by all parties; both parties should file their copy of the tenancy agreement in a safe place and use for reference. If you are renewing a tenancy a new tenancy agreement should
be issued at the time of expiry of the tenancy agreement; this agreement will replace the old agreement. As a landlord you should advise your tenant of any changes to the agreement when renewing their tenancy.
